Thanks for that good word Jack. I enjoy the straightforward accessibility of your writing. Finding rest in Jesus is really important for each of us. Slowing down, meditating on Scripture, examining my own heart, journaling, reviewing my journal-these have all been critical for me to actually hearing from Jesus. And when I hear from Jesus, then heart can find His rest. Have you ever read Mark Buchanan's "The Rest of God"? I recall that being really refreshing.
